Spaghetti Eddie’s is celebrating the Feast of the Seven Fishes the entire month of December by offering a special dish, Seafood Cortoccio. This concoction consists of a mix of 7 different types of seafood including shrimp, scallops, clams, calamari, black mussels, salmon and whitefish simmered in curry tomato sauce, tossed with linguine and baked in parchment.
The “Feast of the Seven Fishes,” also called “La Vigilia,” is celebrated on Christmas Eve by Italians throughout the world. Meat is rarely served for the feast, as it is highlighting deliciousness from the sea.
Spaghetti Eddie’s is offering patrons plenty of chances to experience this dish by offering the special all month. Although, Spaghetti Eddie’s sister restaurant, Tutti Mangia Italian Grill celebrates the Italian tradition on one night only.
Tutti Mangia’s Feast of the Seven Fishes on Sunday December 18 from 4 – 9 p.m. Visit TuttiMangia.com for more info.
