Spring is here, and we’re celebrating with two delicious specials available all day throughout April—perfect for lunch, dinner, or anytime in between at Spaghetti Eddie’s Cucina Italiana.

Shrimp d’Angeli

Indulge in a fresh, flavorful classic. Jumbo shrimp are sautéed with tomatoes and caramelized red onions in a rich garlic cream sauce, then tossed with delicate capellini pasta and finished with a bright touch of lemon zest. It’s light, satisfying, and full of vibrant flavor.

Mushroom Fritte

Crispy, golden, and impossible to resist. Lightly breaded button mushrooms are fried to perfection and served with our housemade garlic truffle aioli for dipping—an elevated appetizer you’ll want to share (or not).
