To show appreciation, Spaghetti Eddie’s’ Cucina Italiana will extend 40% OFF the entire menu to all guests on Monday, Sept. 22 from 4 – 8:30 p.m. From classic pasta dishes to mouthwatering pizza and sumptuous desserts, indulge in the flavors that have brought friends and families together for decades.
Where it Started
Throwback to 1985 when Spaghetti Eddie’s Cucina Italiana began as a cozy little spot with a few picnic tables and a dream. Known then as “Spaghetti Eddie’s” the restaurant was founded by family man, Ed Inglese and his brother-in-law, Jim Hermanson.
Eddie and Jim used their combined expertise in restaurant management and business to create the perfect East Coast mom-and-pop authentic Italian restaurant experience for guests.
They poured their passion and expertise into creating a cozy haven where every meal tells a story. Their commitment to authenticity set them apart from the crowd, ensuring always that each dish is bursting with flavor and tradition.
As the years went on, Spaghetti Eddie’s Cucina Italiana transformed their quaint space into a vibrant dining experience while keeping the heart of its original flavors. Locals and visitors alike keep coming back for more, tasting the difference.

In collaboration with amazing organizations like City of Hope and Shepherd’s Pantry, the restaurant is proud to be known as the neighborhood restaurant that truly cares.
Over the years, the restaurant has raised hundreds of thousands for local charities through fundraisers and collected and donated countless amounts of food for those in need.
