Indulge in a taste sensation with our Short Rib Cannelloni, available exclusively for the month of June at Spaghetti Eddie’s in Glendora!

Here at Spaghetti Eddie’s our version of Short Rib Cannelloni uses fresh house-made pasta crepe, stuffed with well marbled Beef using the unctuous Short Rib cut braised with herbs and spices for four plus hours, stuffed with fresh mozzarella, more spices and parmesan cheese. We bake it with marinara sauce and finish it with an authentic smoked mozzarella cheese from our friends at Grande Cheese Co.
History of Cannelloni
The first recorded recipe for cannelloni appeared in a 1920 cookbook making it a 20th century in addition to the long storied history of Italian gastronomy. The dish is thought to have originated in the Campania region, with some food historians speculating that it may have been inspired by the Amalfi coast’s stuffed crespoline (Italian crepes). Whether filled with meat, cheese, vegetables or seafood, cannelloni offers a deliciously unique way to enjoy a traditional Italian meal.
